Mpho, born in Willowvale Eastern Cape and now based in Cape Town, knows what it means to stop and walk away, whether it was an abusive relationship or a job that no longer served her true calling. Evidently this woman has all the courage she needs to continue to flourish in her new adventure as author, spokesperson for woman's rights and activist. Her group Taking Action SA is determined to get things done - showing the way forward for implementation instead of empty talk and uniting disparate voices of hope and change. Her book, Survivor: The Make of a Woman is just the beginning! It's her mission to empower young women of today and we can't wait to see the women she impacts become leaders of tomorrow.
