Lindsay is a 36 year old from Lavender Hill who went back to school to complete Matric in 2017. It's the stuff of a Hollywood movie: half her life earlier she'd dropped out due to a pregnancy and she went back to finish successfully at that very same school, even donning the uniform. The incredibly combination of humbleness, bravery and determination that this must have taken makes Lindsay an inspiration to anyone in education.
